As a Visual Designer, you will work with motivated individuals (who are passionate-beyond-measure about usability) to deliver a kick-ass user experience for our messaging products. You will be playing a pivotal role in the UX cycle: research and create visually pleasing interfaces, coordinating their implementation and integration, and more.
You will be expected to apply user-centered design processes to create high quality user experiences, and reusable patterns and assets for various products.
Designing visually stunning user interfaces.
Translating wireframes into visual design.
Creating user interface elements and assets.
Evaluating multiple concepts for projects and suggesting ideas are worth pursuing.
Fulfilling several requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Solid background and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Sketchapp.
Demonstrated success in delivering visually pleasing designs.
Strong knowledge of color theory.
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in designing/deploying web apps and mobile apps on Android and iOS (include app listings if published).
Experience in designing B2B Applications.
Formal education in design (Bachelor's/Master's).
Experience in wireframing/prototyping using any of the following: Balsamiq, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Keynotopia or Axure.
Experience in the messaging industry.
Understanding of Usability.
Understanding of HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 3/4
A self-starter and a go-getter.
