Required Experience 4 plus years
Prior experience ideally within a SaaS environment - closing experience preferred.

Job Role –
Work with customers to understand their unique goals and business processes as well as provide expert knowledge of our application to the customer; uncover roadblocks, and deliver strong account guidance.
Work on retention/renewal lifecycle including communication, negotiation, revisions to contract terms and conditions, obtaining signatures, identifying and recommending up-sell/cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
Achieve allocated sales revenue and growth targets on defined margins for assigned territory
Maintaining regular connect with customer and seeking feedback on a regular basis.
Track and monitor account performance profitability, service increase/decrease, etc.
Do Competitor and market trends analysis on a monthly basis.
