- Proven expertise in configuring and managing HubSpot CRM.
- Strong grasp of the SaaS business model and industry dynamics.
- Experience in database management and segmentation for targeted marketing.
- Proficiency in creating and managing HubSpot reports and dashboards.
- Skillful in integrating HubSpot with other tools like Salesforce and Zapier.
- Knowledgeable about data privacy and security standards relevant to CRM systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot.
- Experience in training and supporting staff on HubSpot functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.

Desired Skills:
- Certification in HubSpot Administration.
- Experience with advanced HubSpot features such as workflows and custom objects.
- Background in implementing AI and machine learning within CRM systems.
- Proficiency in additional CRM platforms to enhance interoperability.
- Experience in lead scoring models and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages.
- Advanced data analysis skills with tools like Tableau or Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM platform.
- Design and implement effective CRM strategies to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track key business metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure CRM alignment with business needs.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities.
- Lead the integration of HubSpot with other software tools and systems.
- Manage user roles and permissions within HubSpot to ensure data security.
- Stay updated on new HubSpot features and best practices, implementing these into our operations.
- Lead and participate in projects to enhance CRM capabilities and improve user experience.

- Turnaround Time (TAT): Ensure quick response and resolution times for CRM issues and requests.

- Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy in CRM reporting.
- User Adoption Rates: Increase the number of active users engaging with the CRM system.
- Process Efficiency: Streamline CRM processes to reduce manual input and increase automation.
- Innovation and Improvement: Implement new features and processes that contribute to business growth.
- Training Completion: Ensure comprehensive training programs are completed and well-received.
- Project Completion: Successfully complete CRM-related projects on time and within budget.
