Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the CTO, providing operational, organizational, and administrative support. This role will also involve assisting with thought leadership content, managing key initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    • Manage the CTO’s schedule, travel, and appointments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-ups on key discussions.
    • Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and communications on behalf of the CTO.
  • Content Management:

    • Co-edit and publish thought leadership content, including blogs, articles, and white papers.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams for timely content releases.
    • Research industry trends and contribute insights to content development.
  • Organizational Initiatives:

    • Support hiring processes, working closely with HR to interview and onboard talent.
    • Coordinate new project initiatives and track cross-functional progress.
    • Assist the CTO in strategic planning, department setup, and process improvements.
  • Operational & Project Management:

    • Monitor product and technology team projects, providing timely status updates.
    • Oversee executive meeting agendas, scheduling, and key deliverables tracking.
    • Streamline communication between CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Team & Talent Support:

    • Assist in senior-level recruitment and retention strategies.
    • Help organize onboarding and foster a strong organizational culture.
  • General Administration:

    • Manage key documentation, contracts, and confidential information.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 10+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in tech/SaaS industries.
  • Experience in content creation, editing, and publishing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CMS platforms.
  • Professionalism, emotional intelligence, and multitasking ability.

Bonus:

  • Experience with recruitment processes.
