Job Title: Product Onboarding and Implementation Specialist

Essential: We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to join our growing Onboarding and Implementation team. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience and knowledge of Salesforce/Zoho/Any CRM platform, with a preference for Salesforce. Salesforce Admin certification and practical hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions using flows or declarative methods are required. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to contribute to a dedicated sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing the requirements of prospects/customers and provide product knowledge support.
  • Determine the ideal product/solution based on customer needs.
  • Drive and manage the onboarding process with customers, articulating the company’s technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.
  • Provide technical consultancy to customers, identifying technical and business requirements, consulting with technical teams, and supporting business sales teams on proposal activities.

Desired:

  • Excellent communication skills with experience working with clients across the globe (US, UK, Asia).
  • Good to have Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience working in product-based and startup companies, understanding SaaS-based startup culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
  • Ensure solutions align with client requirements and best practices.
  • Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
  • Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Key Result Areas:

  • Successful Onboarding and Implementation within stipulated timelines.
  • Positive feedback from customers.
  • Adherence to processes to ensure necessary documents/artifacts are captured.
  • Timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work continuity.
