Senior Talent Sourcer

Role Overview:

As a Senior Talent Sourcer on the GTA team, you will identify, engage, and assess top talent to support Conversive’s hiring needs, particularly for Go-To-Market (GTM) and Consulting roles. You’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and provide key market insights to influence hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source active and passive candidates, highlighting Conversive’s vision and culture.
• Build talent pipelines and develop sourcing strategies for critical and diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to position Conversive’s unique career opportunities.
• Screen candidates, provide market insights, and track sourcing metrics.
• Leverage market data and competitor analysis to guide recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 5+ years of talent acquisition experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, and market research, ideally in GTM or consulting functions.
• Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.).
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience, exposure to engineering/technical recruiting, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines with a data-driven approach.
