Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise. You’ll own the technical roadmap for SMS Magic, ensuring alignment with Salesforce’s evolving ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features that meet customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the SMS Magic product roadmap in line with Salesforce advancements.
  • Act as a technical SME for Salesforce Clouds and Force.com platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly solutions.
  • Lead agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Gather and prioritize feature requests and collaborate with customer-facing teams.
  • Write and maintain technical specifications and product documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Pardot, Experience) and Force.com.
  • Strong experience in writing technical specs and working with development teams.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Lightning development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in mobile UI/UX design for Salesforce apps.
  • Knowledge of messaging/SMS technologies integrated with Salesforce.
