Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer & Admin Certification (Advanced Admin Certificate Preferred).
Technical Skills
- 5-10 years of Salesforce development experience with Sales & Service Clouds.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced configurations.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of delivering innovative solutions.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, security principles, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
Desired Skills
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and tools like Zapier.
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for learning and staying updated on Salesforce features and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Salesforce SME for Sales & Service Clouds.
- Implement automation and functionality with flows, custom objects, validations, Apex, and integrations.
- Design and develop integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and Insycle.
- Administer user accounts and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical designs and solutions.
- Document specifications, manage deployments, and provide training.
- Mentor team members and contribute to team growth and success.
