Role : CRM Data Analyst

What you will create and do?

  • Primary duties will be to assist in the collection and management data so that it can be used to analyse sales productivity and performance as well as monitor/measure metrics in other functional areas of the business.
  • The person in this role will also challenge the data that is collected by sales, in order to maintain data integrity and ensure that all data is accurate for forecasting and strategic initiatives

What will qualify you for this role?

  • High level of proficiency with MS Excel to include pivot tables and advanced formulae.
  • 3+ Years of relevant Experience
  • Experience reconciling and validating large data sets.
  • Experience creating dashboards in Salesforce focusing on items such as:
  • Lead volume
  • Opportunity volume
  • Pipeline value
  • Pipeline velocity
  • Closed won opportunity value
  • Sales activities (e.g. calls, tasks, meetings)
  • Experience performing routine Salesforce data management/clean-up tasks
  • Experience researching and recommending resolutions to data quality issues
  • Desired:
  • Understanding of, and experience creating various fields in Salesforce. Examples would include:
  1. Pick lists
  2. Custom formula fields
  3. Field Dependencies
  4. Automated alerts
  5. Experience identifying and fixing gaps in Salesforce business processes
  6. Experience creating and maintaining system documentation for fields, process and
  7. Workflows

Highly Desired Skills and Experience

  • Creating dashboards to monitor Lead, opportunities, revenue, activities and pipeline created for the sales PODs as and when required by the Sales Team/Management
  • Creating, updating and testing validation rule, workflow rule, process builder and security access according to business process requirement
  • Managing Salesforce application user profiles, roles, permissions and implemented object level, field level and record level security
  • Account/Task/Lead/Opportunity/Contact reassignment as and when required
  • Perform routine Salesforce Data management/cleanup tasks
  • Creating various advanced fields like pick lists, custom formula fields, field Dependencies, automated alerts, field updates as per requirements
  • Worked with the Data Ops team to make provision of credit notes on the CRM in the form of invoices and adding it on the opportunity object
  • Identifying and fixing gaps in Salesforce business processes
  • Creating and maintaining system documentation for fields, process and Workflows
  • Creating low balance opportunities in the CRM based on low balance alert inbox and taking follow up for same
  • Work closely with leadership and sales team to identify systems, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth and streamline the sales process
  • Owning and executing the fixes/gaps arising out of the reconciliation of reports
  • Administration and support of Salesforce application and timely resolution of requests
  • Air call task reassignments to Sales Reps
