  • Minimum 5-7 years hands-on prior work experience with SaaS sales, Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred with successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. 
  • We look for excellent communication skills, ability to bring clarity to complex customer problems. 
  • Measure and analyze existing accounts for opportunities to improve the customer experience, and work on the account growth strategy for clients, i.e. retain client’s quarter on quarter and strategize to grow revenue by Influencing client strategy by cross-selling and up-selling new market opportunities, products, etc. 
  • Should be a good data analyser - Should be able to study the data of your customers & suggest customer success strategies. 
  • Customer Focused - Should be extremely customer centric. 
  • Proven experience in customer marketing, loyalty programs, and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track customer behavior and campaign performance.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage customer communication across various channels, ensuring consistency.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of customer newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the product team to highlight product updates and features in campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize budget for customer marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
  • Spearhead customer advocacy and referral programs.
  • Organize and manage customer events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen engagement.
